Yoga Class Session

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is movement medicine. It’s breath and motion woven together like a dance—sometimes graceful, sometimes wobbly, always real. Think of it as poetry in motion, set to the rhythm of your inhale and exhale.

We flow from pose to pose with intention, linking each transition with breath, sweat, and just enough challenge to remind you you’re alive. Some days it feels like a sacred ceremony. Other days it feels like yoga with jazz hands. Both are valid.

The Benefits of Vinyasa Yoga:
        •       Strength + grace: Builds muscle tone, balance, and coordination (aka “ninja moves with heart”).
        •       Cardiovascular boost: Gets your heart pumping—in a good way, not a “my-life-is-chaos” way.
        •       Mental clarity: Your to-do list gets quiet when you’re busy tuning into your breath through chair pose.
        •       Spiritual fire: It lights you up from the inside out—not with dogma, but with embodied truth.
        •       Emotional release: Moving breath through your body unearths what needs to rise and helps it move through you, not just with you.

A Note from Lena

Vinyasa yoga saved me more times than I can count. It taught me to show up for myself when life felt like a tornado. I don’t do yoga to follow rules or traditions ( but I do love traditions) . I do yoga because it heals me. It’s not my church—it’s my medicine, my movement, my way home.

I was blessed to study with Jacqui Bonwell, a soulful, fire-hearted teacher who infused every class with truth, grace, and grit. If my Vinyasa feels a little bit like prayer in motion and a little bit like therapy with a side of laughter… well, now you know why.

What You Can Expect

Classes are dynamic but doable. Expect to breathe deeply, move mindfully, rest intentionally—and maybe even discover muscles or emotions you forgot you had. You might sweat. You might cry. You might laugh when you fall out of tree pose (I do too). Either way, you’ll leave a bit more you than when you arrived
